Clause 1: Refunds Will Not Be Issued for the Following Reasons:

  • Faulty Items: We do not issue refunds for items known to be faulty at the time of purchase.

  • Removal of Identification: Refunds will not be granted if labels, maker's marks, or any identifying or provenance-related elements have been removed from the item.

  • Damaged Repairs: Items damaged during attempted repair, whether done personally or by a third party, do not qualify for refunds. In such cases, you may still have the right to a repair, replacement, or partial refund, as deemed appropriate.

  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided if you no longer want an item and there is nothing wrong with the item.

Clause 2: Online, Mail, and Phone Order Sales:

  • Cancellation Period: Customers who make purchases through our website, over the phone, or by mail orders have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of the invoice date, regardless of whether payment has been made.

  • Refund Process: If you wish to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods to us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned goods in their original condition. Please refer to Clause 1 regarding refund specifics.

  • Exclusions: Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item only and do not include packing and delivery costs. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. We do not offer a "buy back" service for items purchased from us.

Clause 3: Returns by Third Parties:

  • Buyer's Responsibility: We only accept returns from the original purchaser.
