Rare antique sterling silver (925) cylindrical vesta case / match safe, Birmingham hallmarked (anchor, lion, date letter P ~1905-1906, maker HP&S). Unique cigar-shaped novelty design with hinged lid, gilded interior, base loop, and nice patina. Weight: 9.89 grams – lightweight pocket piece. Good antique condition with clear hallmarks (see photos). Perfect for British silver or novelty vesta collectors! Genuine 100+ year old antique.
