Elegant vintage Matador piston filler fountain pen from Germany, circa late 1930s. Classic black chased hard rubber (BCHR) with red-brown ink window, two narrow + one wide gold-filled cap bands and arrow clip.
Features an original 14k solid gold nib with excellent flex – beautiful line variation from fine to bold, very smooth and wet writer.
Excellent original condition: crisp chasing, no cracks, minimal oxidation typical for age. Piston works perfectly. A highly collectible German classic from the golden era.
